Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy for eyeglasses/sunglasses/bracelets. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, and product tag. Prescription lenses are non-refundable, but frames can be exchanged or returned. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, and defective or incorrect items qualify for a free replacement or full refund. Return requests can be made via email or customer support.
