Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
1. Return & Replacement Policy
1.1. Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
1.1.1. Return Process:
Customers can initiate a return by filling out the return form:

1. 1. 2. Conditions for Acceptance:
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, invoice, and all accessories.
- The product should be unused and in good condition.
- Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the product. If found to be damaged, used, or missing accessories, the return request will be denied.
1.1.3. Important Notes:
- We highly recommend making an unboxing video at the time of delivery to ensure the product’s condition and assist in resolving any issues related to damage or missing items.

Prescription Eyeglasses & Sunglasses:
- No returns/refunds will be offered for customized lenses.
- Incorrect prescription values entered by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
- Only one return/replacement request is allowed per order.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- Customers placing bulk/multiple orders may be subject to a return fee.
1.2. Bracelets
We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy on bracelets, subject to the following conditions:

1.2.2. Conditions for Acceptance:
- The product must be returned in original condition, including packaging and accessories.
- Returns will be denied if the product is damaged, used, or missing components.
- We highly recommend making an unboxing video at the time of delivery to ensure the product’s condition.
1.3. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy:
If an order is returned due to non-acceptance by the customer, 50% of the order amount will be deducted to cover the cost of tailor-made lenses and operational expenses.
2. Warranty Policy
2.1. Eyewear Chains – 6-Month Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty covering the color of metal components in our eyewear chains.
2.2. Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty applies only to metal color fading or discoloration.
- It does not cover damage to other materials or parts of the chain.
2.3. Bracelets – 6-Month Warranty
Our stainless steel and PU material bracelets come with a 6-month warranty, covering color fading.
2.4. Replacement Process:
- If the same product is available, it will be provided as a replacement.
- If the product is unavailable, customers can choose another product:
- If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer will pay the difference.
- If the replacement product has a lower price, the brand will refund the difference.
2.5. Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage caused by breakage is not covered.
- Claims for unreported defects at the time of delivery will not be entertained.
- Personal damage or misuse is not covered.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
We strive to offer a smooth and hassle-free cancellation experience. Below are the cancellation guidelines:
3.1. Full Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only if the product has not been dispatched.
Once dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
3.1.2. Partial Order Cancellation
- Partial cancellations are not allowed.
- No refunds will be issued for partial cancellations or returns.
3.2. Offer-Specific Cancellations
Cancellation policies for promotional offers may differ. Please check the specific offer’s terms and conditions for details.
3.3. Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy
Sam & Marshall reserves the right to cancel orders without refund under the following circumstances:
- If the order was placed through unethical means, including:
- Exploiting technical glitches
- Misusing promotional codes or offers
- Providing falsified contact details (email ID, phone number)
- If a customer places multiple/bulk orders and frequently returns/cancels them, a substantial cancellation fee may apply (up to the full order amount).
